[Xotcl] Bug in 1.5.*

Here is some code that worked before:

Class C -parameter {
     # doifjhfdoi: sdoifhjh
}

OK, so this 'comment' may or may not have been fully legal before,
but now it fails in a bad way:

during '::C parameter'

Ie. no actual error is given.
